Keith Pinter
Chief Executive Officer
Keith Pinter is a change agent and growth-oriented leader with a passion for healthcare and technology. With over two decades of experience in the healthcare provider and technology sectors, Keith has a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions that improve clinical outcomes and patient care. Keith started his career in technology, building, buying and selling businesses. He then transitioned to healthcare with a mission to bend the healthcare cost curve backward. He co-founded Rise Health, a technology-enabled, value-based primary care aggregation platform. As CEO at Rise Health, Keith led the development of a global risk primary care platform acquisition enterprise, delivering innovative solutions to the healthcare industry.
Prior to his work at Rise Health, Keith served as chief operating officer/ chief of staff for Envision Physician Services, where he was instrumental in growing the organization from $800 million to $6 billion. He was also part of the leadership team that transformed the third-largest publicly traded hospital system into an industry leader in innovation. Keith currently serves on the boards of several healthcare companies, including Moterum Technologies and Prosper RCM Solutions. He has also served on the boards of Cliexa and Accolite, where he was instrumental in the company’s growth and successful mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions. Recognized as 2023 Entrepreneur of the Year by Health Insights, Keith is a visionary leader with a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and a passion for driving change. He is committed to improving clinical and business outcomes through technology enablement and is particularly interested in novel treatment approaches for neurodegenerative diseases after losing his father to two.
Julia Jezmir, MD, MBA
Chief Medical Officer
Julia Jezmir, MD, MBA, is a primary care physician with a background in value-based care and digital health. Dr. Jezmir has dedicated her career to addressing access to care and improving care delivery. She joined AristaMD following its merger with Sitka, where she was Chief Medical Officer. Prior to Sitka, she served in a dual role as the VP of ACO REACH & GPC Growth and as the NY market Associate Medical Director with ConcertoCare, an in-home value-based primary care provider for seniors and adults with complex care needs.
Dr. Jezmir has expertise in value-based care performance and digital health, working with health plans and provider groups, including Blue Shield of California, Devoted Health, Atrius Health, and Lyra Health. She also currently serves as an advisor with a number of healthcare startups. Dr. Jezmir started her career in international health, working in operations with Partners In Health and AMPATH.
She is a board-certified internal medicine physician, completed her medical degree and Master of Business Administration at Stanford University, and trained in internal medicine primary care at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Atrius Health. Most importantly, ask her about Kansas City BBQ!
Pamela Gould, RN, MHA
Chief Growth Officer
Pamela Gould, RN, MHA, is a registered nurse with an extensive clinical background who brings over 20 years of healthcare industry experience in nursing and innovative healthcare sales leadership. Pamela’s healthcare career began with clinical nursing in the acute, sub-acute, home-health care, and case management settings. As her experience grew, she transitioned her focus to healthcare sales, sales management and training within the specialty pharmacy, provider and payer contracting industries.
Throughout Pamela’s career, she has had proven success in team leadership, strategic planning, market analysis and business development, significantly growing employer revenues and profit margins. Prior to joining AristaMD, Pamela served as the senior vice president of payer strategies for Happify Health, a digital therapeutic solutions company headquartered in New York, NY. At Happify, she oversaw national sales efforts to managed care insurers. Pamela holds a master’s degree in healthcare administration from Worcester State University and a registered nurse (R.N.) degree from Becker College. She is an active member of the American Nurses Association, the American College of Healthcare Executives, and The Project Management Institute.
Pam is a nature buff who enjoys spending her free time hiking, gardening, or partaking in winter sports with friends and family. She also enjoys antiquing and integrating new finds with her love of interior design.
Clay Gulick
Chief Technology Officer
Clay Gulick is an experienced technical leader and entrepreneur with a 30-year proven track record of delivering successful solutions to companies from startups to Fortune 500.
Leveraging decades of healthcare industry experience, Clay has led the delivery of secure, compliant and effective technology for a wide variety of companies in different phases of growth.
Clay is passionate about improving healthcare systems by bringing modern technology and intuitive user experiences to the clinical setting. He believes that effective technology reduces barriers to care delivery – that health technology should be as simple and easy to use as consumer-grade applications while supporting robust enterprise features and security.
He’s successfully applied this approach to healthcare applications in claims adjudication, Medicaid logistics, community health networks, diabetes prevention, medical nutrition therapy, care coordination, caregiver support, patient outreach, RPM, home health and more.
Clay’s focus on health, wellness, nutrition and fitness extends to his personal life. When he’s not behind a computer, he can usually be found in the gym training for an upcoming competition.
Eric Urquiza
Chief Client Officer
Eric Urquiza has over 20 years of experience driving transformational healthcare IT programs that elevate patient care and enhance outcomes through innovative technological solutions. His extensive experience includes successfully leading strategic client relationships and fostering increased provider adoption of telehealth solutions. This has resulted in a tangible impact, particularly in improving efficacy for underserved and vulnerable populations on a national scale.
Prior to joining AristaMD, Eric played key leadership roles at AccessHope, a wholly-owned subsidiary of City of Hope, where he spearheaded the implementation and client services strategy for an oncology telehealth startup. His experience also extends to leadership roles in client and project management teams at Oracle Cerner and Omnicell, Inc.
Eric holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Redlands. Residing in Southern California with his wife and two college-studying children, he remains dedicated to driving positive change in healthcare through innovative solutions and strategic leadership.
Paul Della Vecchia
SVP of Finance
Paul Della Vecchia oversees all of the company’s financial functions, focusing on financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, tax, risk management, and internal controls. With over 20 years of extensive financial and business expertise, Paul has navigated both publicly traded and privately held enterprises throughout various stages of growth.
Paul brings a distinguished career marked by significant contributions to companies at various stages, from pre-revenue startups to those achieving over $1 billion in market capitalization, with a particular focus on fast-growing companies. During his trajectory, he has guided companies through successful exits, spearheaded ERP implementations, facilitated debt and capital raising initiatives, and executed business combinations. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and an MBA from the University of Buenos Aires. Beyond his professional endeavors, Paul enjoys running, reading, and spending time with his family.
Jordan Coleman
VP of Operations
Jordan Coleman has nearly 20 years of experience leading clinical and medical practice operations in the primary and multispecialty care settings across the private, public, and military sectors. He brings strong subject-matter expertise in value-based care delivery from his tenure in senior operations roles at Iora Health, CareMore (now Carelon), and the Dept. of Veterans Affairs. Jordan is also an active member of the Nevada Army National Guard (NVARNG), where he serves as the senior most medic in the state and as the First Sergeant for the state’s only Medical Detachment that oversees the medical readiness of several thousand guardsmen and women.
He led the development of policies and procedures for the launch of VA Southern Nevada’s GI lab & special procedures unit and led numerous other projects to improve performance within the VA’s call center, its outpatient clinics, and across its hospital system. At Iora Health and Carelon, he oversaw a wide array of practice and health plan functions, including enrollment, marketing, contracting, STARS/clinical performance, and clinical operations, among other areas. During his time with the National Guard, he served as a combat medic during a deployment in Afghanistan and has led medical operations for worldwide training exercises, in addition to serving as the senior medical operations leader during the state’s COVID-19 pandemic response. He earned his Lean & Six Sigma green belt from the VA’s Center for Applied Systems Engineering (VA-CASE) & holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in public administration from the University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV).
Kate McDonald
SVP of Marketing & Strategy
Kate, with her extensive 20-year marketing career in healthcare, business services, and technology, has left a significant impact. Her strategic planning and marketing operations have led to the creation of compelling content and campaigns, driving lead generation and boosting sales close rates. Notably, she spearheaded the introduction of telemedicine specialty services to rural and underserved hospitals in her most recent role. Kate holds a BA in Communications from George Mason University and an MBA from Georgia State University.
Kate’s a big baseball fan. She has been to 14 MLB stadiums and follows the Atlanta Braves and the Baltimore Orioles. Now that her daughter has left for college, she spends her time hiking, traveling and visiting museums with friends. Her Bedlington terrier and calico cat kept her busy during the 2020 lockdown.
