Our cardiology care pathways can improve patient compliance and outcomes. eConsults offer direct access to specialist expertise, enabling more precise and timely adjustments to treatment plans.

Through eConsults, PCPs can consult with cardiologists or other specialists to address complex cases, optimize medication regimens, and manage comorbidities effectively.

This digital tool enhances patient care by reducing the need for in-person referrals, lowering healthcare costs, and streamlining the management of hypertension. eConsults help PCPs deliver personalized care and improve blood pressure control, contributing to better overall cardiovascular health outcomes for their patients.
